"I enjoyed my stay. All employees were friendly and welcoming. I arrived early, a possible miscommunication via email because I speak no Italian. I was given a room immediately, with an upgrade in size. It was clean and comfortable. I did find the mattress too firm for my preference. There was no breakfast included but I did not mind.
